Originally from Lyon in France, it was a combined interest in music and science that got me curious and wanting to learn about the “dark art” of acoustics. In the pursuitof knowledge and travel I completed a degree in Science at the University of Salford(Greater Manchester, UK) in 2003. After almost 10 years in the UK and hardly any rain at all, I relocated to Perth WA in 2009 where I started to work for a local engineering company, where my manager was a certain Rob Connolly.
Being an acoustician in WA meant that I would measure noise and vibration from large mining trucks in the Pilbara, measure the reverberation time in Perth Arena and ensure the Perth Children Hospital would get the acoustics it deserved. I have been supporting interior designers, planners and architects to help them reach theirgoals. I have worked for a few multi-engineering groups before joining the Lloyd George Acoustics team in March 2019.
When I’m not busy with acoustics or looking after the kids, you can find me bushwalking or cycling and enjoying the clean air of the Perth Hills.
