Listening to sounds is a big part of our job and this includes listening to our clients needs in order to deliver a quality product in a professional and friendly manner.
Phrases such as: “We need it yesterday”; “The acoustic assessment is the only thing we now need”; “Council just sprung it on us”; and “We’ve never had to do anything like this before” are a regular conversation starter and although we haven’t quite worked out how to reverse time and complete the work yesterday, we do endeavour to meet our clients’ often very tight timeframes.
